Nicola Hodson joined Beazley’s board in 2019 and was appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee in October 2022. Nicola has held a number of senior leadership positions, including Chief Executive of IBM UK and Ireland, Vice President Field Transformation for Microsoft Global Sales and Marketing and, prior to this, Chief Operating Officer for Microsoft UK. Nicola was formerly a non-executive director of Drax Group plc and Ofgem, and a Board member of the UK Council for Child Internet Safety and the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Group.
