The Accelerated Underwriting Development Program (P28) offers the opportunity to spend 12 months in our Atlanta office, gaining exposure to the insurance industry and Beazley's specialist product lines. Combining formal training, hands-on experience, and real business exposure, you'll develop the technical knowledge and professional skills needed to build a successful career in underwriting.
Throughout the programme, you'll learn from experienced underwriters, collaborate with colleagues across the business, and build connections with programme alumni and senior leaders. Upon successful completion, you'll transition into a permanent underwriting role, with placement aligned to business needs and your individual strengths.
